To donate, click HERE. This will enable you to make one-time or recurring contributions using a credit card, bank account or PayPal account. Checks made out to “Six Treasures Ministries” can also be mailed to Six Treasures using the address listed in the “Contact Us” section of this website.
Six Treasures is designated by the IRS as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Your gift may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes. You will receive a receipt for your contribution suitable to use for tax purposes.
Volunteer
There are many opportunities to get involved in the work of Six Treasures. All our activities aim to provide settings in which long-lasting, life-giving relationships can develop and flourish. So your presence is primarily what we seek. Volunteers need no special talents or gifts other than a willingness to extend friendship to others. Simply attending our in-home gatherings, Bible studies, woodworking sessions or social outings is perhaps the most valuable thing a volunteer can do.
Other specific opportunities to volunteer include assisting with transporting our homeless friends to church, medical appointments or Six Treasures events. We also have an ongoing need for individuals or groups to prepare meals for groups of 8-12. Twice weekly, we need meals at the woodshop. And twice a month, meals are needed for in-home gatherings. Amazon Purchases
You shop. Amazon gives. It couldn’t be easier! Once you get started with Amazon Smile, you can designate Six Treasures as the charity you wish to support. From then on, instead of using www.amazon.com to shop, use www.smile.amazon.com. When you do this, Amazon makes a donation to Six Treasures every time you shop. Learn how to sign up HERE.
Kroger Purchases
By participating in the Kroger Community Rewards Program, you can support Six Treasures each time you shop at Kroger. It’s easy to get started. Just follow the simple steps outlined below. Then continue to use your Kroger Plus card as usual! Six Treasures will receive a reward equal to 4% of your eligible purchases when you use your Plus card.
- Visit kroger.com and set up a kroger.com account.
- Add Your Kroger Plus card to Your kroger.com account.
- Enroll your Kroger Plus card in the Community Rewards Program.
- Designate Six Treasures as your Community Rewards organization.
That’s it! Every time you use your Kroger Plus card, Six Treasures will receive a donation from Kroger.
